The Convenience U CARWACS Show is a 2-day Conference & Trade Show event in Canada that brings together the convenience, gas and car wash industry.

The show is the gateway to the Canadian marketplace for confection, beverage and the bulk of the grab and go snack category. The Convenience U CARWACS Show is the largest tradeshow in Canada that connects retailers with vendors.

Morning sessions run from 8am-noon with specialized tracks for convenience, gas and car wash operators to learn from innovators and thought leaders in the industry on shopper behaviours, new technologies and strategies to better serve their customers, communities and grow their business.

The attendees of the tradeshow include thousands of retailers and operators and distributors looking for products, innovations and solutions to help them in their business.

The trade show floor exhibitors are companies who support the convenience, gas and car wash industries. From manufacturers, suppliers and technology providers, exhibitors are there to connect with retailers who are looking for the latest technologies, new products, and innovative solutions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Attendees must be over the age of 19 to access any education sessions or the tradeshow floor. Anyone under the age of 19 will not be allowed 

The Convenience U CARWACS Show is being held on two days, March 5th and 6th at The International Centre in Mississauga?

Both days kick off at 8am with the C-Store IQ Education Sessions and the tradeshow is open from NOON until 5pm.

Yes! We have different packages available to meet your needs:

• Trade show only: Includes the option to attend on the 5th, the 6th, or both
• Day 1 Education and Tradeshow: Includes the C-Store IQ Conference and access to the tradeshow floor on Tuesday, March 5th
• Day 2 Education and Tradeshow: Includes the C-Store IQ Conference and access to the tradeshow floor on Wednesday, March 6th.
• Day 1 & 2 Education and Tradeshow: Includes the C-Store IQ Conference and access to the tradeshow floor on Tuesday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 6th.

If you need to cancel your attendance at The Convenience U CARWACS Show, please send a written notice to [email protected] by December 31, 2023. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee. Registrations received after December 31, 2023, are non-refundable.

There is a large parking lot with free parking available to all attendees.

To help situate yourself onsite please see below an image of the International Centre entrance which you will need to walk through to gain access the event and walk to the registration area.

A coat check will be available to all attendees. Please note that our coat check will not hold any luggage and that if you choose to bring your luggage onsite there will be no place to store it. We suggest if possible leaving your luggage in your vehicle or at your place of accommodation.

There are currently no hotel room blocks reserved.

However, there are many hotels around The International Centre that you can check out below.

While we would love to accommodate your furry friends, pets are strictly prohibited from The Convenience U CARWACS Show. 

Yes! The Convenience U CARWACS Show is happy to allow for increased interactions between attendees and exhibitors through our mobile app.

The ConvenienceU app will be available for download closer to the event from both the Apple and Google app stores.

By downloading the app you will have access to the exhibitor list, sponsor list, featured products and the event agenda all at your fingertips.

Food and drink can be purchased from The International Centre at their food court in Hall 5.

If you register for the morning education sessions, breakfast and lunch are included.
