A highly accomplished and results-driven leader with 28 years of progressive experience spanning operations, sales, manufacturing, and distribution within the car wash and chemical industries.

Rob’s career began with 12 years in operations, honing leadership and team management skills while progressing through increasingly responsible roles, from Assistant Manager to Site Manager, General Manager, Area Manager, and ultimately Director of Operations for several of the car wash industry’s largest multi-location organizations.

This deep operational experience provided a strong foundation for his current subsequent 16-year career in manufacturing sales and distribution within the chemical and equipment sectors.

His sales experience includes serving as Territory and Regional Sales Manager, Director of West & Midwest regions, and Area Vice President (AVP), for manufacturer chemical sales, support, and development. Currently, he serves as the National Director of Sales for chemistry.

Complementing Rob’s chemical sales leadership, he has also served as National Director of Distribution, overseeing equipment sales and distributor support across North America for a large international equipment manufacturing organization.

In addition to partnering with carwash owners and operators across North America, Rob also have developed and owned carwashes.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent track record of building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
