She joined Hasty Market in 2020 as Director of Franchise Operation and Development, which led to her promotion in 2022.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which led to her interning as part of the launch team in Canada at Target.
Upon graduating, Cini joined Walmart Canada, then spent four years with Bulk Barn as District Manager-Corporate Stores.
