With over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, Thea’s career began in manufacturing and product commercialization before she transitioned into marketing, where she has excelled in driving strategic initiatives.

Thea's diverse background equips her to lead complex projects and foster partnerships, combining operational expertise with a people-first mindset to deliver exceptional results.

In 2024, Thea was honoured with the Star Women in Convenience Award, recognizing her remarkable contributions to the retail and convenience industry, and is currently the Vice President of Operations for the American Marketing Association, Toronto Chapter.
