Eric joined Imperial Tobacco Canada (ITCAN) in 2009. Since then, he has held multiple responsibilities and roles within the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs function before being appointed in October 2021 as Vice President, Legal and External Affairs (LEX). After an organizational restructure in 2023, he was named Vice President to the newly created function, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs (CORA). In this role, Eric is responsible for corporate communications, government relations, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and regulatory matters, while acting as the company spokesperson.
Before joining ITCAN, Eric worked for 11 years at Rio Tinto Alcan where he held various positions in corporate affairs, marketing and global account management in Canada and Paris, France. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication from the University of Aix-Marseille in France.
